Being Prepared With Information Before Going To Meet An Attorney About Banrkuptcy

I cannot thank you and your office enough for all the help and compassion you have provided for me and family.  The thought of Bankruptcy (in my late forty's) was so harsh and humiliating that I chose not to face it for to many years.  After going through the same viscous circle for over five years we finally decided to seek you out.  I had known of your name three years earlier from a good friend but I was unable to face the realization and fear to talk with you.  I had always done well financially, had a nice home and lived a modest lifestyle.  My idea of Bankruptcy was shame and complete utter fear!

After finally building the strength to sneak in your office, my wife and I sat and waited to be called in.  I don't think we sat more then 5 minutes until you came out with this big smile and welcomed us in.  You slowly reviewed all of our paper's as I nervously asked question after question.  Not once did you make me feel as if my questions were to much or out of place.  Your demeanor was incredibly calming, refreshing and extremely knowledgeable.  After well over an hour, my wife and I walked out of your office actually smiling.  For the first time in many years we felt a wonderful feeling of relief.

It has been close to seven months since we first saw you and we are already in a better financial situation today then we were in the past five years.  We actually have money in the bank!  We are certainly not naïve and you have made clear what we need to do.  We may have some challenges ahead of us but to start with a fresh slate and work at rebuilding is certainly better then falling further in that black hole.

Again, thank you for all the help and for taking the time to return the many, many phone calls I made to you, lol.  You are absolutely the best at what you do.
