We had considered filing for about a year and then the lawsuits from the credit card companies began to arrive and we knew we had no choice but to proceed.

Your team made the process painless and fast.  Due to the lawsuit we had to take action immediately and the attorneys were amazing and efficient.  We filed in November, our creditor meeting was in December and we received our discharge letter in March.

We are still struggling and are hopeful things will turn around soon.  At least now there is one less burden to worry about.
